Designed by K-render, this interior design was Mr.Smith’s house project. Since this is his first home, he is particularly intrigued by contemporary design trends. Understanding that, we have designed this interior design called the Modern Lover Project. In this article, we will introduce a closer look at this interior design . Through this project,we want to send our sincere thanks to our clients who have always trusted in us so that K-render can grow up like today.
Overall of this interior design
With its large location, the total area of this house is 500m2. This house has 2 floors with 1 living room,1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 workroom, 1 gathering room,.. Mr Smith wants to build an interior design for the purpose of living with his parents, so that he follows both the simplicity and the warmth of feeling that the house brings.
Modern design style
The living room is the biggest room as the kitchen is next to it. Mr Smith also wants to put his parents’ bedroom on the first floor, so that we put the bedroom next to the living room. With a budget up to 5000$, our team has tried our best to satisfy him with this interior design, called Modern Lover Project.
Modern Lover Project – The Living room
In this interior design, we have decided to design a modern style to balance the needs of the whole family. To make the space feel open and cozy , we combined the living room and kitchen into one space. The modern beige sofa was specifically chosen because it can easily be adapted to whatever style or theme you select for the rest of the room.

Next to the living room, there is a kitchen. As Mr Smith’s requires, we have set up this interior design with a clean-lined kitchen. Moreover, using light colors of appliances also boosts the brightening effect of the room and becomes more spacious. It is such a good idea for those who are interested in modern interior design style for the kitchen.

Modern Lover Project – The Bedrooms
Here is his parents’ bedroom. This interior design is softened by layering gray materials on the bed, curtain, and furniture. K-render artists try to bring the bedroom the feeling of warmth and family sentiment that not many 3D architect studios can do in a perfect way as K-render Studio. Window with the view outside is the most special feature of this interior design as it brings the feeling close to nature.

Here is the second bedroom in this house on the second floor. This is Mr Smith’s bedroom, so he would like to design a room with his favorite color. We have chosen orange and white as the main colors of this room. Orange bed and carpet create a sense of well-being and improve appetite.

Modern Lover Project – The Gathering Room
K-render studio has designed a gathering room where family members and friends can regularly gather together. We chose gray as a color for the room and put in a heater to make it more comfortable and inviting. This would be a wonderful room to share a good time with dear ones after a tiring day.

Next to the gathering room, there would be a workroom for Mr.Smith. Mr.Smith wants to create a space that is both studios and relaxed. We also put a bookshelf behind the desk that makes the room quiet and fuels creative thinking. He was so satisfied with our 3D architectural services.

After about 2 weeks, K-render finally completed the interior design and he said that he was extremely happy. He was able to see the inside of his future house for a short time. Thank you Mr Smith for trusting and choosing K-render as a partner to carry out this interior design.
